For those in the gaming mood, a few hands of blackjack in our elegantly appointed Casino are the perfect draw. The Casino is located on Deck 4, and is open every day at sea when not restricted by territorial border limits. Our Adventurers witness the natural beauty of the wildlife found in the Serengeti, exploring the hidden temples of the jungle. The magic of puppetry, tribal masks, colorful costumes, and the unique sounds and rhythms of this African Culture resonate while innovative Aerialists, Acrobats and Specialty Artists blend skillfully with an engaging tribal score on our epic journey.

  The lights shine bright on the Great White Way in this celebration of Broadway Hits. Broadway Tonight hits the boards running with familiar classics. Lounges and Cigar Bar

Our lounges and nightclubs provide an open invitation to dance into the late-night hours or sing karaoke with friends. Near Compass Rose on Deck 4, happy groups gather around the bar in the Voyager Lounge for a pre-dinner cocktail as the obliging pianoman renders faithful versions of your favorite songs. The stunning Horizon Lounge on Deck 5 provides the perfect dance floor in the shape of a three-quarter moon overlooking the sea. Head to the Conoisseur Club on Deck 4 to settle into a comfortable English club chair and light up a hand-rolled cigar from the climate-controlled humidor. Enjoy a few hours of revitalizing treatments during a day at sea, or relax after an active day of shore-side exploration. An array of treatments includes signature massages and therapeutic bodywork, mud, aromatherapy, ayurvedic and seaweed treatments, facials featuring award-winning CANYON RANCH YOUR TRANSFORMATION skin care products, conditioning scrubs and body cocoons. You may also consult with fitness professionals and attend presentations by wellness professionals who can help you feel your best for life.

Fitness Center

Canyon Ranch fitness experts lead popular exercise classes, such as Pilates, yoga and aerobics and are on hand to offer advice and demonstrate the use of fitness equipment. One-on-one training can be arranged with a Fitness Instructor. Equipment includes Lifecycles, free weights, striders, StairMasters, treadmills, weight benches, a Nautilus machine, workout mats and step benches.

Sports Activities and Pool

In addition to planned activities in the Fitness Center, take advantage of other sports-related activities throughout the ship. Deck 12 provides golf cages, shuffleboard, paddle tennis and a full-circle jogging track. One flight down, the teak pool deck is one of the most expansive at sea, including a large heated pool, two whirlpools and table tennis.

Butler Service

The ultimate and absolutely indispensable perk of Butler service awaits guests in Penthouse Suites and higher. For those who desire an enhanced level of individualized service, our Butler service is a prerequisite. Butlers can assist your arrival on board by unpacking your luggage, arranging pressing for your clothing, and making reservations in Signatures or at the Spa. If making changes in your shore plans, a Butler can arrange for a private car or lunch reservations at your favorite restaurant. Celebrating a special occasion? Have the Butler arrange a private cocktail party with canapes. Our highly-skilled Butlers do it all -- quickly, competently and without fuss.

Communications

Guests can make telephone calls directly from their suite. Fax messages are received and sent through our radio station or reception desk. Workstations located on Deck 5 offer e-mail and Internet services, 24 hours a day, and wireless access is available throughout the ship, all for a nominal fee. A Computer Instructor is available during select hours for guest queries and assistance.

Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Pressing Services

Onboard laundry and valet services, including pressing and dry cleaning, are available with charge and may be arranged through your stewardess for same-day service. In addition, self-service laundries are located on decks 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.

All guests entitled to Butler service will receive complimentary pressing of any items that will be worn the first evening on board. These items will be collected by the Butler at the guest's earliest convenience.

Medical Services

The medical center is designed to provide medical care for temporary illnesses and accidents. These facilities are not intended or capable of providing ongoing treatment of pre-existing medical conditions. The ship's licensed and registered doctor and nurse are on 24-hour call for professional and emergency services, which are available at customary charges.

That's why Destination Services opens up a world of adventure for every taste and comfort level -- whether it is on shore during your cruise or an adventurous beginning or end to your vacation. Private Arrangements can arrange personalized shore excursions, designed for smaller groups and according to your own interests. Or they can assist with tailor-made pre-and post-cruise programs, from a simple stay in a luxurious hotel to a 3-night extension in a remote locale. Whatever your desire, they can produce unique opportunities for a more intimate view.

Onboard Enrichment

Regent has taken the idea of enrichment to the next level, going beyond traditional shipboard activities. A true classic in every sense, Prime 7 sets a new standard in steakhouse fare with its contemporary interpretation of an American favorite. Handsomely decorated with supple leather wing-back chairs, burnished woods and rich earth-toned fabrics, Prime 7 exudes a distinct, intimate elegance. This is glamour redefined, a luxurious setting to enjoy classic steakhouse cuisine with a modern flair.

All the traditional starters are here, including Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Oysters Rockefeller, and French Onion Soup Gratinee. Of course, beef is the undisputed star, as it is all USD A Prime and Dry-Aged at least 28 days to ensure the ultimate tenderness, juiciness and flavor. "Cote de Boeuf" Bone-in Rib Steak, Porterhouse Steak and succulent Filet Mignon only touch upon the selections. Mouthwatering alternatives include Colorado Double-Cut Lamb Chops and Oven-Roasted Organic Free-Range Chicken. Prime 7 is open for dinner only and reservations are required.

Signatures

Preparing authentic French cuisine is an art form reserved for the masters, and each and every dish served in Signatures is absolutely sublime and purely French. Classics like Quiche au Camembert and Foie Gras Terrine with Plum Marmalade tease the palate. Main courses such as Rack of Lamb with Morel Mushrooms and Melted Potato Garnishes and Magret Duck Fillet with Raspberry Vinaigrette excite the senses, especially when perfectly paired with a delightful French vintage carefully selected by the sommelier. The experience is so authentically French that it rivals that of the finest Parisian restaurants. Open for dinner only, reservations are required for Signatures.

Compass Rose

As the flagship restaurant aboard each of our ships, the wonderfully spacious Compass Rose serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and features an exceptional variety of European-inspired Continental cuisine, as well as flavorful vegetarian and kosher dishes and nutritious Canyon Ranch SpaClub specialties. Elegantly decorated in warm golden and maroon hues, Compass Rose delights with a beautifully refined atmosphere blessed with natural light during the day. Whenever you decide to whet your appetite, your Maitre D' will guide you to a quiet, romantic table for two or a festive larger table - reservations are not necessary.

La Veranda | Sette Mari at La Veranda

La Veranda is exceedingly popular any time of the day. Spacious and comfortably casual, La Veranda offers a delectable breakfast buffet complete with fruits, pastries, cereal and more, while lunch features regional specialties that often reflect the cuisines of the countries called on, such as Grilled Lamb Chops with Spanish Sherry Sauce or pan-sauteed Mediterranean Sea Bass. Dishes are presented in a buffet style that displays the diversity of the menu. La Veranda also features an authentic pizzeria and a shaded, open-air veranda for dining al fresco.

Each evening, La Veranda will transform into Sette Mari at La Veranda, a casual, intimate dining experience. Enjoy an extensive menu of authentic antipasti and Italian specialties served a la carte and paired with fine Italian wines - complimentary of course. Delectable dishes are prepared a la minute by our talented chefs using only the freshest gourmet ingredients and served by our attentive waiters. Sette Mari at La Veranda is open for dinner only.

Pool Grill

The ultimate come-as-you-are dining venue, the Pool Grill couldn't be more casual. Walk over straight from sunbathing or swimming in the pool. Drop by before or after a shore excursion. Enjoy a snack between activities. The Pool Grill is openair, yet abundantly shaded for comfortable dining. Enjoy grilled-to-order burgers, grilled seafood, sandwiches and fresh salads. Treat yourself to milk shakes, malts, and hand-dipped ice cream desserts sprinkled with all your favorite toppings.

24-Hour Room Service

Room service features a delectable choice of appetizers, main courses and desserts, along with sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, soups and salads 24 hours a day. You may order from the Compass Rose menu during regular dining hours and it will be graciously served course-by-course in the comfort and privacy of your suite.
